According to ATF § 479.105 (f), a MANUFACTURER or IMPORTER type FFL/SOT might claim this machine gun WITHOUT the requirement for a regulation authorization show letter. NFA Dealer-type SOT’s can offer however MAY REQUIRE a DEMO LETTER.
Visa, company check or clerks check acknowledged (checks will require 14 extra days for confirmation). Charge cards have extra 3% expense. We will Efile the Form 3 after installment is gotten.
