No. PayPal will not process payments for firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition.

Why must I ship my AR lower to an FFL dealer?

The federal government says you must, but if we find enough reasons, it can be shipped directly to your home address.

Where do I purchase products?

Our website allows you to purchase all non-FFL items and firearms through FFL Dealers. Use the Dealer Locator on our website to locate FFL Dealers near you. Any Dealer can order our products from one of the many distributors that buy our products.

Where can I find prices for your firearms?

Our website lists the manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for each product. If you are an FFL Dealer and wish to inquire about Dealer Pricing, please email our Customer service at info@enchantmentwholesales.com.

Can I purchase firearms directly from your facility?

No, we do not sell to the general public. However, if you are an FFL Dealer or Distributor and wish to buy our product, please email our Customer service at info@enchantmentwholesales.com to connect with a sales representative.

Can I shoot mini shells in my Honcho firearm?

No. Severe damage to the firearm and/or persons may occur if mini shells are used in Honcho firearms.

What ammo is best for my firearm?

We recommend using factory ammunition from a quality manufacturer. Using reloads or substandard ammo will void your factory warranty.

Will aftermarket parts and accessories fit your firearms?

While many aftermarket parts and accessories will fit our firearms, we cannot guarantee they will. Please contact the aftermarket part manufacturer or accessory to ensure proper fitment.

 I did not receive my order confirmation email. Did my order go through?

Most likely, yes. Please allow several minutes for your confirmation email to arrive and check your spam folder. Please get in touch with customer service if you need to have your order confirmation email sent again.

The tracking link in my shipment confirmation email didn’t work.

It can take up to 24 hours before an order ship for the tracking link to become active. Please check again at least 24 hours after you receive your shipment confirmation. If it doesn’t doesn’t work, please get in touch with customer service.

What is an FFL?

An FFL is a Federal Firearm License. Enchantment Wholesales holds this license and can, therefore, transfer your firearm to you after purchase.

How do I buy a gun online?

It’s simple, but there are a few essential things to remember. Please read our How to Buy a Gun Online guide for a simple process explanation.

We make an effort to ship your order as fast as possible. Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days, but shipping times will vary based on location. If there is a problem or delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 11 a.m., and Christmas Day.

Where can I purchase accessories and parts for your products?

Some parts on your website say FFL Required. How do I purchase them?

Parts such as frames and slides are not offered for sale. Some other parts are sold to FFL holders only. Per company policy, Parts listed as FFL Required can only be purchased from an FFL license holder. Most of these are parts that require a gunsmith to ensure proper fitment. Please use our Dealer Locator to find an FFL license holder near you so you can order the part.

Will the product I purchase look exactly as pictured on the website?

In keeping with our policy of constant refinement, we reserve the right to make product changes at any time without prior notice.

How long will it take to send my firearm for repair?

Warranty repair turnaround time is 2 weeks, but it could take longer if we need to order parts and/or have other issues. Items sent for accuracy testing take 4-8 weeks. If the repair will take longer than estimated, you will be contacted. Shipping times will vary based on location.

Yes. The original charge was only an authorization to ensure that your payment method could be charged for the amount of your order. That authorization normally drops off after about three days. When your order ships, a new charge will appear on your card, it means your order has been received but has not yet been shipped.

Can I buy a gun and ammo simultaneously, in the same order?

Yes. Gun and ammunition orders can be placed at the same time as ours.
