CANCELLING BIDS

Firearms are as indicated, “as is”. Please don’t attempt to renegotiate the sale price or agreements after the auction is finished or the firearm has been conveyed. After a firearm has been paid for, it is presently your property. We will pack it with extreme attention to detail and will convey it to the carrier. Assuming that damaged or lost, the insurance claim is documented by the BUYER not the SELLER. The vender has finished their responsibility and given it to an outsider to convey. The outsider is responsible for misfortunes or damage. Again, it is the land owners responsibility to gather from the outsider carrier.

Get IT NOW and FOR SALE IN STORE

In the event that there isn’t a “Yet It Now” option, we completely intend on letting the auction run its full course and won’t respond to emails asking for a “Get It Now” price when the “Get It Now” option was absent on the auction. Auction things are available to be purchased in our display area, so assuming you are watching a listing and it disappears, we have sold it out of the retail store. ONCE A BID HAS BEEN ENTERED, staff pulls the firearm from the retail floor and it is presently not available to be purchased out of our display area. We won’t end an auction early for an on-line sale.

Great – Firearm is mechanically awesome however has clear marks in the finish

FAIR-Firearm has minor mechanical issues, and may require repair or may have unreasonable wear or surface

POOR – Firearm may be missing or broken essential components, may be heavily damaged or have pitting in the metal.
